What happened to Classic AirportCharges?
Classic AirportCharges has been replaced by the new generation of the platform. All core pricing functionality is available in the new version. A small number of lower-usage features are on the near-term Roadmap
Can I still export to Excel?
Export to Excel and PDF are on the near-term Roadmap. We will update all users when the functionality becomes available.
Where have country charges gone in the airport profile?
Country charges now have their own dedicated Country Profile page, giving each a more focused and complete view. You can access Country Profiles directly from the navigation or from any airport profile.
What is LOOP and how does it affect my calculations?
LOOP is a fleet data service operated by RDC that collects operator-supplied aircraft data directly from airlines. When your aircraft is matched to a LOOP record, the charge calculation uses verified data rather than estimates, greatly improving accuracy. Learn more about LOOP here
